Customer Service The good: Wonderful Staff, fast response, excellent prices, quality people they send out
Quality of Care The bad: Did not accept Medicare
Overall Rating The bottom line: I used them to supplement the Medicare services I had ordered for my mom. The were extremely nice over the phone and supplied a great person the very next day. I Highly recommend them. Only wish they accepted Medicare.

Customer Service The good: Office staff, Caregivers, Cost
Quality of Care The bad: English could be better
Overall Rating The bottom line: Office staff could not have been more helpful, Maryanne is always pleasant. Costs are the best I have found. Main problem was the accent on the caregiver was a little to strong on the first lady they sent (although she was very nice). The second person was much easier for Mom to understand and has worked out very well.
