Customer Service The good: Help they sent was very nice and reliable. The were nice to deal with on the phone and flexible with my wishes. Price was extremely affordable.
Quality of Care The bad: You need to make out a separate check for the caregiver and agency.
Overall Rating The bottom line: I could not have been happier. Dad loved the caregiver they sent and the office staff was always pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of home care services.

Customer Service The good: Live In care was affordable and worked well for us. Office staff very helpful
Quality of Care The bad: Nothing as of yet
Overall Rating The bottom line: They were recommended by the social worker at the rehab facility my mother was in. They are truly nice and caring people. Caregivers they sent were all very nice and did just what I asked them to do. I am happy I found them and plan to continue using their service for as long as is needed.

Customer Service The good: Very nice office staff. Affordable rates. Prompt service
Quality of Care The bad: The Live-in caregiver that they sent out to care for mom was very nice but a bit overweight. Mom has a very tight bathroom and the caregiver could not properly help mom with her personal care due to the lack of space.
Overall Rating The bottom line: Very nice service but the caregiver did not work out for us. For most the service would probably be great, it just did not work for our situation. They offered to send out a different person but we had already made other arrangements.

Customer Service The good: Office staff, Caregivers, Cost
Quality of Care The bad: English could be better
Overall Rating The bottom line: Office staff could not have been more helpful, Maryanne is always pleasant. Costs are the best I have found. Main problem was the accent on the caregiver was a little to strong on the first lady they sent (although she was very nice). The second person was much easier for Mom to understand and has worked out very well.

Customer Service The good: Helpful and responsive office staff. Prices are affordable compared to most other services, although this is all relative.
Quality of Care The bad: While I found them to be one of the least expensive services I called, I still find the prices expensive. I guess if you compare it to a nursing home it is not so bad.
Overall Rating The bottom line: I found them online and was a little bit skeptical, but their 19 years in business helped convince me. The staff was very prompt with responding to my questions and requests and so far the caregiver has worked out very well. Reading the reviews on this site also helped me feel more confident about using them.

Customer Service The good: They answered the phone right away and were pleasant on the phone. Helpful with VA info
Quality of Care The bad: They could not bill my insurance company directly
Overall Rating The bottom line: I found the office staff to be very nice, not pushy on the phone. They were very helpful with information for Dad to get financial help with VA program. It would be nice if they could bill the VA directly but otherwise I am very happy

Customer ServiceThe good: Very good service knowledgeable, courteous office staff Caregivers have been with the company for years When I call Family Choice on short notice, they never fail to fill the case!
Quality of CareThe bad: This is a registry, so the family must pay the care giver directly
Overall RatingThe bottom line: Privately owned, solid home care company
