About CareGrade

1. What exactly is CareGrade?

CareGrade offers a free referral service for families searching for senior care services such as Home Health Care, Assisted Living, Adult Day Care and more. We have experienced, compassionate and knowledgeable senior care advisors who live right in your local area. These advisors can help you make an informed decision about what care is best for your loved ones. You can speak with them live or contact them via the web. Either way, they are there to help guide you through his difficult process.

Prior to making your decision, you can read reviews about the companies we refer. These reviews are written by our advisors who have first hand knowledge of each company. We also have reviews written by the families who we have referred. They are writing about their own personal experience with the company they have chosen. This unique resource offers you they most complete source of information available, allowing you to make a decision you can feel confident about.

Our services are free to the consumer because we are reimbursed by the service providers only after you are completely satisfied with your choice.

2. Who are the advisors?

The senior care advisors are people who have years of experience helping families such as yourself to find senior care services. They have first hand knowledge of each company they refer and are available to answer your questions by phone, email or text messaging. All advisors live in close proximity to the businesses they refer.

3. Who are the companies the advisors refer to?

Each company referred to by the advisors has an excellent reputation in the local market. They all have the appropriate licensing with staff that is kind and caring. Any complaints made to us by someone we refer is investigated prior to making any further referrals. This helps ensure that we continue to refer only companies who operate with the highest standards.

4. How much does an account cost?

There is no charge to you for our services.

5. How do I write a review?

Once you have successfully found a service your are happy with, we ask you to write a review about that company to assist others in their search for senior care providers. This is completely optional and your identity can be kept confidential if you so desire. We will send you directions and a link for writing the review.

6. Are there any guidelines as to what I am allowed to say?

We encourage you to give an honest review, whether positive or negative. Please read our Review Writing Guidelines

7. Can I edit a review I have already posted?

If you need to edit a review which has already been accepted onto the site, simply contact us and we will be glad to update your prior entry.

8. Is my information kept private?

All information given to us is kept completely confidential. Only after you have completed the process and are successfully utilizing a company that we have referred you to will you be asked to write a review. This review is optional on your part and your identity is kept confidential if you so desire.
